The Shorinji Goshin Do Karate requirements and "Karateka" documentary are now available on tape or DVD!!
Karate requirement DVD's contain two levels, have bonus pictures and cover yellow and blue belt Vol#1, green and purple Vol#2, and brown belt levels Vol#3, Te waza(hand Technique), Keri waza(kicking technique), Kata(forms), Ukemi waza(falling), Nage waza(throwing) and Bunkai(Interpretation from the above)."karateka" Documentary shows what training is like and contains Interviews with Karate Practitioners; Men, women and children of various ranks. Shows Scenes from Karate test, Tourney and work in the Dojo.
